Working closely with operational leaders and airport stakeholders, you will help shape the systems, processes and standards that keep critical airport operations running safely, efficiently and compliantly.

Reporting to the Port Manager, you will:

- Lead compliance, assurance and governance initiatives across Brisbane Airport operations.
- Conduct audits, inspections and compliance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop practical policies, procedures and management system documentation.




- Build workforce capability through training, coaching and competency programs.
- Support operational risk management, contractor governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to embed accountability, best practice and operational excellence.

What You Will Bring

- 5+ years' experience in Compliance, Risk, HSE, Quality, Assurance or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections and assurance activities.
- Strong capability in developing policies, procedures and management systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- The ability to drive behavioural, cultural and operational improvement.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Compliance, Risk, HSE, Quality, Business or a related field.

Highly regarded:

- Lead Auditor qualification.
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment.
- Experience within aviation, airports, logistics, engineering, maintenance or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
