Downer is seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Northern NSW to lead asphalt, spray seal and civil operations from Newcastle to the Queensland border.
This strategic leadership role focuses on growth, performance and building high-performing teams across the region.
Based at a Downer depot (Teralba, Tamworth, Moree, Grafton, Lismore or Chinderah), you will drive client engagement, manage budgets and safety, and foster sustainable operations through robust stakeholder relationships.
