Iplex, part of Fletcher Building, is seeking a People & Performance Advisor in Strathpine Brisbane.
You will support the National People & Performance function, delivering broad HR coordination and a hands-on generalist experience in a team-oriented team.
You will manage employee correspondence, advise on policy and ER/IR matters, own the Workday HRIS data, assist with recruitment, and help drive reporting with Excel, QLIK and Power BI.
