Job Description
CPOMS, a Raptor Technologies company, seeks a Customer Success Associate to be the trusted partner for our education sector customers.
You will help clients achieve their goals, drive adoption of CPOMS products, and build robust relationships while working with multiple teams to resolve issues and maximise value.
You will manage onboarding, deliver customer trainings and webinars, conduct business reviews, and identify prospects for upsell.
