We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator for a 6 to 12-month contract.Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will provide critical campaign, financial, and project coordination to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, contracts, and invoice processing while tracking campaign budgets and expenditureMaintain project timelines, campaign schedules, and workflows using Monday.com to keep deliverables on track across paid, owned, and earned channelsCoordinate social media scheduling, community management, and draft short-form copy for EDMs, web updates, and social channelsBuild strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies,



and commercial partners to coordinate deliverables and approvalsWhat We Are Looking For4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign delivery, or project managementDemonstrated background in procurement, purchase order management, supplier onboarding, and campaign budget trackingHands-on experience with project management software (ideally Monday.com) and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExceptional written communication for copywriting and robust interpersonal skills for stakeholder managementHighly organised, solutions-focused, and ready to thrive in a quick-paced environment supporting high-profile initiativesAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment prospects and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
