What You’ll Do

- Own the daily running of a David Jones concession store that reflects the standards of a global luxury brand.
- Coach, train and motivate your team to hit sales budgets and deliver a genuinely elevated, expert fitting experience for every customer.
- Set the tone on the floor — hands-on leadership, visual merchandising standards, and a customer experience worth talking about.
- Manage rostering, stock levels and floor positioning to keep the store running at its best.
- Partner closely with your Regional Manager to hit store and company goals,



and help shape what's next for the brand in Australia.

What We’re Looking For

- A proven track record of driving sales and hitting KPIs and budgets in a retail environment.
- A hands-on people leader who can coach, motivate and get the best out of a team.
- Sharp communication and relationship-building skills — with your team, your customers and your regional manager.
- Confidence managing stock, floor positioning, rostering and the day-to-day admin that keeps a store running smoothly.
- Lingerie or fashion retail experience is a bonus, not a requirement — full product and fit training is provided.
