About the Role

Working as part of our precast manufacturing team as a Concrete Patcher, you will be responsible for repairing and finishing precast and concrete products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform concrete patching, repairs, and remedial works on precast concrete elements.
- Mix and apply repair mortars, patching compounds, and other finishing products.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet company and client standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and completed work.
- Inspect concrete products and structures for defects, damage, and imperfections.

- Exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and practical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid commitment to workplace safety.




- Significant experience as a Patcher working with precast concrete

Experience

- Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
- concrete patcher: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- White Card (Preferred)
