About the Role
Working as part of our precast manufacturing team as a Concreter, you will be responsible for producing quality precast concrete products, including preparing moulds, placing and finishing concrete, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. You will have a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork, with the ability to read plans and deliver professional concrete finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Place, spread, compact, and finish concrete to required specifications and to the high standard Atlas Precast requires.
- Use of power trowels
- Place and work the concrete to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Read and interpret production drawings and specifications.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
About You
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Proven experience in the use of power trowels (helicopters) is essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
