Allied Recruitment is seeking experienced Concrete Production Officers / Batchers to join a busy concrete operation based in Canning Vale. This office-based role is responsible for coordinating concrete production, dispatch and delivery schedules, ensuring customer orders are produced and delivered efficiently while maintaining strong communication between customers, drivers and plant personnel.

Using Command batching software, you will manage daily production requirements, coordinate drivers, liaise with customers regarding orders and delivery requirements, and respond to changing operational demands in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You will ideally have previous concrete batching or concrete production experience, with experience using Command software highly regarded. We will also consider candidates from transport scheduling, allocation, dispatch or similar operational coordination backgrounds who can demonstrate strong communication, planning, problem-solving and computer skills.

Requirements

- White Card (essential)




- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong computer, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Flexibility to work varying start times and some Saturdays
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen
- National Police Clearance

LF Forklift, Front End Loader (FEL) and HR Licences are advantageous but not essential.

Hours

Working hours vary depending on production requirements, with start times ranging from approximately 3:00am to 7:30am. Earlier starts generally mean earlier finishes. Some Saturday work is required.
