The Role An opportunity exists for a Site Manager/Site Supervisor to join our team. You will be based on-site working between our various project sites in the Northern NSW region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Manage daily on-site operations for large commercial construction projects, ensuring that work is executed efficiently, safely and in accordance with drawings and specifications;




- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards;
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications;
- Establishment and maintenance of a project programme;
- Providing guidance and support to project team members on building construction matters; and
- Liaising between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the below;
- Relevant practical experience in delivering commercial construction projects between $10M - $50M;
- Open Site Supervisor Licence;
- Advanced level knowledge of the application of WHS regulations and practices as relevant to construction sites;
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level knowledge of construction of process and common challenges;
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills; and
- Highly developed emotional intelligence.
