The Role An opportunity exists for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to join our team. You will be based on-site working between our Newcastle office and various project sites in the Northern/Central NSW region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:

- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget;
- Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors,



fostering a collaborative work environment;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication to understand their needs and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
- The development and implementation of the project program;
- Establishment and maintenance of an accurate cost control system including the project budget and forecasting; and
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Experience and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the below;

- Relevant practical experience in delivering commercial construction projects between $10M - $80M;
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field;
- Advanced level knowledge of the application of WHS regulations and practices as relevant to construction sites;
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Jobpac);
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level knowledge of construction contracts;
- Well developed knowledge of the construction process and common challenges;
- Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills; and
- Highly developed emotional intelligence.
