We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team.

You will be working on a range of foundation construction, piling, civil and structural projects across the utilities, building, telecommunications, and broader infrastructure sectors.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, experienced crews, and a commitment to doing things properly, we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our growing team.

The role

Reporting to the Construction Manager and working closely with Project Managers, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site-based activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced supervisor with a strong background in civil and structural infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Managers to effectively plan and execute project works.
- Lead site mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including the coordination of plant, equipment, materials, and resources.
- Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, including critical construction activities, inspections, concrete works, and quality control.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through proactive leadership and compliance with WHS requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, identify risks,



and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Worksite Management Plans (WMP), project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor workmanship and construction quality to ensure work is completed to company and client standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to create a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, workforce attendance, stakeholder communications, incidents, and project progress updates.
- Coordinate environmental management practices and ensure compliance with environmental obligations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor labour, plant, equipment, and material utilisation to support productivity and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure allocated vehicles, plant, and equipment are maintained, inspected, and fit for purpose.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably required to support successful project outcomes.

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience supervising foundation construction, piling, civil and structural construction.
- A strong understanding of foundations, piling, and general construction methodologies.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, environmental management, and construction regulations.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both management and site personnel.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- The ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Construction White Card.
- Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Demonstrated construction supervision experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Current driver's licence.
- Sound understanding of WHS and environmental compliance requirements.
- Proficient with digital and mobile tools to manage on-site documentation and communication.

Desirable

- Formal Supervisory Training or Qualification.
- Excavator Operator Certification.
- HR Driver's Licence.
- Vehicle Loading Crane Licence.
- High Risk Work Licence (Dogging, Rigging, and/or Forklift).
- Working at Heights Accreditation.
- Experience operating piling equipment and related construction plant.
