Client Services and Support Coordinator - Contact Centre

About the Role
We have 2 full time, ongoing positions available. You will work 76 hours per fortnight, 5days per week, from our Osborne Park office in Perth. Here is a typical week:
- Resolving inbound calls from clients, service providers, referrers, assessors and team leaders.
- Supporting assessment agency managers, team leaders and assessors with referrals and other documentation.
- Support efficient scheduling by matching client location to assessor availability.
- Following up with service providers about linking and referrals.
- Maintaining accurate records and data integrity across all information entered and stored.
About you
You will be a caring, capable communicator who enjoys listening, solving problems and helping people. You will also bring:
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly with people experiencing complexity related to their circumstances, health or ageing journey.
- Strong administration and time-management skills.
- The ability to follow direction, work independently and contribute positively to a team.
- A compassionate, patient, understanding and helpful approach.

Our recruitment process is designed to help you understand the role and how we work. It includes an application, group video discussion and an in-person Recruitment Centre with practical activities.
Important dates:
- Applications close midnight, Friday 2nd October 2026
- We will host 1-hour online Group Video Discussions (GVDs) between 29 September – 7 October 2026.
- If you're successful in the GVD, you'll be required to attend our in-person Recruitment Centre (about 2 hours in total) in the week commencing 12 October 2026 at our Osborne Park office, Perth.
- Compliance checks take roughly five business days to complete.
- Successful candidates will receive an offer, with an anticipated start date of Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
