We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, bringing beauty, social and creative thinking together to deliver standout Retail Media content from concept through to final delivery.

You’ll take Retail Media briefs and turn them into engaging, social-first content across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. From developing the big idea and writing the hook, through to coordinating creators, talent, shoots and final delivery, you’ll be hands-on across the entire content journey.

What you’ll be doing Turn briefs into great creative

- Interpret Retail Media briefs and translate campaign objectives into compelling content concepts.
- Use beauty industry knowledge, social trends and previous campaign performance to shape your creative approach.
- Determine the right format, hook, message and execution for different audiences and platforms.
- Balance Adore Beauty’s brand and tone with each vendor or brand’s objectives.

Own content from brief to delivery

- Manage content projects from initial brief through to production, approvals and final delivery.
- Develop scripts, concepts and shot lists that bring campaign ideas to life.




- Work closely with Retail Media, Creative and Paid teams to keep campaigns moving and deliver to deadlines.
- Manage feedback and approval rounds across multiple stakeholders.

Make the production happen

- Coordinate product information, product delivery, shoots, locations, schedules and production logistics.
- Brief talent and production partners and oversee content delivery, revisions and final assets.
- Be part of the content, and happy in front of the camera

Build great relationships

- Work collaboratively with our Retail Media, Creative and Paid teams.
- Build strong relationships with creators, talent, beauty experts, production partners and brand stakeholders.
- Partner with Accounts teams on creator invoices and payments where required.

Learn, optimise and keep evolving

- Review campaign performance and identify the hooks, formats and messages that are resonating.
- Bring campaign learnings back into future briefs and concepts.
- Help evolve our content approach based on audience response and performance.

What you’ll bring You’re a creative thinker who understands what makes people stop scrolling — and you’re just as comfortable making the idea happen as you are coming up with it.

You’ll ideally have:





- Experience in content strategy, social-first creative or content production.
- A strong understanding of platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
- The ability to take a campaign objective and turn it into a clear, engaging creative concept.
- Experience managing content production from concept through to delivery.
- Confidence working with creators, talent and external production partners.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience working across brands, clients or multiple internal stakeholders.
- A robust eye for social trends and an understanding of what makes content work.
- Beauty industry experience or a genuine passion for beauty is highly regarded.
