Contract Psychologist – Full Caseload, Practice Admin Handled – Beaudesert

Join Lavender House, a well-established boutique practice in the Scenic Rim, on a contract basis (2–5 days/week).

- Practice admin handled for you — bookings, billing and rebate processing are all managed by our experienced reception team, so you can focus on clinical work rather than practice logistics.
- Competitive per-session rate — a flat fee per delivered session (50–60 min), open to negotiation.
- Genuine clinical support — peer consultation and on-site support for complex presentations, without the red tape of formal supervision arrangements.
- Full autonomy — manage your own caseload and therapeutic approach; work with clients across the lifespan.

Location: Beaudesert — a 45–60 min drive from Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Logan. An easy run via Mount Lindesay Highway from Brisbane; a scenic (if winding) drive via Canungra from the Gold Coast; or via Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road from Beenleigh/Logan.

Who we're looking for:

Registered or clinical psychologist, comfortable managing the full scope of clinical documentation (case notes, progress reports, PMPs etc.) that comes with the role. Experience with children and adolescents is preferred; skills in EMDR, couples therapy, DBT or other trauma/personality-focused modalities are highly valued.
