They are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant with leadership experience to lead and support a team of experienced contractors within the return-to-work sector.

- Lead a team of experienced contractor consultants across your region, providing support, guidance and a key point of contact
- Excellent contractor rates of $120 - $130 per hour across both Team Leader responsibilities and your own billable consulting work
- Unique fee-for-service leadership position offering excellent flexibility and a structure that can work around your existing commitments
- Build robust customer relationships, supporting ongoing referrals, service delivery and continued growth across NT
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new contractors as the local team continues to develop
- Coordinate referrals and contractor capacity to support timely allocation and excellent customer service
- Maintain your own tailored caseload, working within your areas of experience and capacity alongside your leadership responsibilities

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant who enjoys leadership but values the autonomy and flexibility of contracting. Rather than stepping into a traditional salaried management position, you will remain a fee-for-service contractor, with your leadership time remunerated alongside your billable consulting work. You will act as a key point of contact for contractors within your region, supporting referral allocation, onboarding, team communication and day-to-day service delivery. You will also work closely with customers to develop solid relationships,



support repeat referrals and assist with the continued establishment of services across NT.

Your own consulting work can be tailored around your professional background, experience and capacity, allowing the balance between leadership and billable work to evolve as the contractor team grows.

The role will involve:

- Lead and support a team of experienced Rehabilitation Consultant contractors across NT
- Act as a key point of contact for contractors, providing guidance and support around service delivery as required
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding and induction of new contractors as the team grows
- Coordinate referrals and contractor capacity across your region
- Liaise with customers to maintain strong relationships, encourage ongoing referrals and support regional growth
- Work closely with the broader leadership team regarding contractor capacity, service delivery and opportunities across your region
- Carry a tailored Rehabilitation Consultant caseload based on your experience and capacity alongside the Team Leader responsibilities

About you:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (with relevant registration & membership with AHPRA or ESSA)
- Previous occupational rehabilitation experience (specifically within NT work cover) with leadership experience.
- Positive and client-centred skilled with great communication skills
- Ability contribute to a great team culture.
- Current or willingness to obtain: Professional Indemnity Insurance and ABN
