Bela Vista Hospitality Pty Ltd t/a THE ORIANA ORANGE is looking for a talented and motivated Cook to join our passionate kitchen team. As a valued member of our fine dining restaurant, you will have the opportunity to grow your culinary skills, work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and contribute creatively to our seasonal menu.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes according to our seasonal menu and fine dining standards
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including prep work, plating, and cleaning
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet restaurant standards
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Requirements

- At least a relevant Cert 3 with 2 years of experience, Cert 4 with 1 year of experience, or at least 3 years of experience if no relevant qualification
- Passion for cooking and delivering high-quality dishes
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
