Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year accommodation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our busy pub operations in Central Queensland.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen, manage multiple tasks at once and take responsibility for the kitchen with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook meals to a consistent standard.
- Work efficiently during busy hours.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen organisation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
- Monitor food stock and minimise wastage.
- Work independently and take responsibility for daily kitchen operations

Food & Cuisine:

Our pubs serve a range of popular Australian pub-style meals.

About You





We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience working as a Cook in a pub, hotel or restaurant.
- Can work quickly and handle a busy kitchen.
- Works well with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Takes responsibility for their work.
- Maintains good food quality and hygiene standards.
