Location: Sydney, Australia

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer quotations and orders, coordinating spare parts deliveries, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate customer quotations and orders in accordance with company procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and responsiveness in processing quotations and orders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate spare parts sales documentation.
- Monitor and actively follow up on the order book to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Liaise with the Sales team regarding the content, pricing, and terms of quotations and offerings.
- Communicate parts delivery information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure deliveries are executed according to agreed processes.




- Develop and maintain knowledge of customer-specific solutions, products, and requirements.
- Provide off-hour support for spare parts services as required (24-hour service support).
- Take ownership of assigned areas of expertise and support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Utilize internal networks and subject matter experts to resolve and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while gathering valuable customer feedback.
- Follow established ways of working and operational procedures introduced during training.
- Contribute positively to the company's reputation through professional and customer-centric service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Aftersales Spare Parts, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles within industrial, manufacturing, marine, energy, or related sectors will be highly regarded.

Skills and Competencies

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of spare parts order processes
- Understanding of spare parts materials
- Familiarity with Incoterms
- Customer service and communication skills
- SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage
