Bring great communication to life! We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Lead to help deliver engaging, high-quality communications across Monadelphous. Reporting to the Group Manager, Communications, Strategy and Engagement, you’ll work as part of a collaborative communications team and lead a small team of professionals to deliver communications that keep our stakeholders informed, connected and engaged.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You’ll turn business priorities into clear communications, coordinate campaigns and events, develop content across a range of channels and work closely with stakeholders to deliver great outcomes. Key responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day workflow of the corporate communications team, providing direction and support, managing priorities and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
- Work closely with the Group Manager to coordinate the corporate communications program and deliver communications supporting business priorities, organisational change and corporate initiatives.
- Develop, write and edit high-quality communications including executive messages, articles, presentations and briefing materials, translating complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging.




- Build trusted relationships across the business, working with leaders and corporate functions to understand communication needs, provide practical advice and deliver effective solutions.
- Lead employee communications and engagement supporting areas including culture, community investment, sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
- Coordinate communications and design activity to ensure content and creative outputs are engaging, on brand and effective across channels.
- Contribute to key corporate and shareholder communications, including annual and sustainability reporting.
- Lead the planning and delivery of corporate and employee events including leadership forums, roadshows and employee celebrations.
- Maintain high editorial and brand standards across team outputs and use feedback and engagement insights to continually improve communication effectiveness.

What you’ll bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and significant experience in corporate communications, ideally within an ASX-listed, engineering, resources, energy or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading people or coordinating the work of a team, with the ability to set priorities, maintain momentum and lift the quality of team outputs.
- Outstanding writing, editing and editorial judgement, with the ability to turn complex business information into clear, engaging and audience-focused communications.
- A proven ability to take ownership of work from brief through to delivery,



balancing multiple priorities and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
- Experience delivering communication plans, employee campaigns, digital content, organisational change communications and major corporate events.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach. You see what needs to be done, take ownership and bring people together to deliver it.
