You will join a high-performing Corporate team in Brisbane, working alongside experienced and highly regarded Partners on a varied portfolio of transactions, advisory matters and strategic commercial projects.

The Role

This position offers broad exposure to corporate and commercial work, including:

- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A;)
- Equity and debt capital markets transactions
- Corporate advisory matters
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Commercial arrangements and contract negotiations
- Corporate governance and regulatory advice
- Corporate restructures and business reorganisations
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements

You will take an active role in matters, working directly with clients and contributing to practical, commercially focused solutions across a diverse range of industries and sectors.

About You

We are interested in speaking with corporate lawyers looking to further develop their technical expertise within a collaborative and client-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:

- 4–7 years' PAE in Corporate & Commercial law
- Experience across M&A;, corporate advisory and commercial transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Exposure to corporate governance and commercial contracting
- A commercial and pragmatic approach, with a genuine interest in understanding client objectives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
