The position will report to the National Retail Support Manager and will have the responsibility of assisting in the management of the Retail Support portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
Being the face of New Sunrise by welcoming office visitors, greeting inbound phone calls
Supporting Retail Area Managers through first class customer service
Prepare, process and issue invoice to New Sunrise customers
Data entry and data cleansing




Produce monthly performance reports
Contribute to the delivery of company events
Assist in the management of company projects and initiatives
Process and pack all warehouse orders
Manage warehouse inventory
Ad hoc reporting, presentations and analysis as required from Management.
High competency in Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
Must have a strong work ethic, self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and meeting targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cooperative setting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (advantageous but not mandatory)
