Sitting within the Group Financial Control team, this role will focus on delivering key finance transformation and process improvement projects.The business operates across multiple sites and divisions throughout APAC, generating revenues in excess of $1.5bn.
Following a period of sustained organic growth, acquisitions and change management, there is a need to uplift and standardise accounting processes to support their next phase of business.Working closely with the Group Financial Controller and external auditors, you will play a key role in strengthening the control workplace, improving reporting accuracy and driving best practice across the finance function.This role will commence as a 6-month contract through to mid April , with the potential to transition to a permanent position.




Ideally you can commence within the next two weeks.The ChallengePartnering with the Financial Controller and wider Finance leadership team to deliver finance transformation and process improvement initiativesSupporting the adoption and implementation of current accounting standards and updatesEnsuring compliance with accounting policies under IFRS and GAAPSupporting the coordination and planning of the external audit process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverablesEnhancing the control environment to strengthen financial reporting processes and mitigate riskProviding technical accounting support across areas such as revenue recognition, leases and inventoryIdentifying prospects to automate and streamline financial control processes, driving efficiency and best practiceThe ExpertiseCA or CPA qualified, ideally with Audit backgroundPossibly you are a Senior Manager from Big4Experience within a large, complex multinational environmentStrong technical accounting knowledge under IFRSA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a changing environmentA continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes
