About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role Court Administration Officers provide administrative support to Coroners to ensure the effective completion of their coronial investigations. They work as part of the Coroners Support Services team and play an integral part of supporting this busy unit.
Core functions of the role are to:
- Undertake bench clerking in court and redacting coronial material for Coroners.
- Maintain and manage various records and registers.
- Attend to telephone and counter enquiries from employees, members of the public, interested parties and other Government agencies.
- Prepare routine correspondence on a range of administrative matters and attend to follow-up procedures as necessary.
About You As the successful candidate, you will be a proven administrative professional with exceptional communications skills and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will demonstrate a high degree of maturity and sensitivity while understanding work requirements to organise, prioritise and manage time and resources to meet objectives.
