We are a small refrigerated courier business that has been providing refrigerated, temperature controlled, delivery services, to retail, wholesale markets with some home deliveries for over fifteen years.

Currently, we are looking to fill roles in our run areas including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Bayside.

Only manual licence applicants for both C and MR class will be considered.

Applicants require at least two years of proven experience in a similar setting, preferably familiar to our run areas..

Refrigerated transport experience would be an advantage.

Please do not apply if you do not have a manual licence or any courier / driving experience.

Initially, there will be basic training and instruction around our processes and systems, general vehicle / equipment safety induction.

The right person will need to be:

- Able to plan a logical run from your run list loaded on the app for that days workload incorporating any time constraints into the planning.




- Able and willing to load your vehicle according to the plan you have set for your day.
- Physically fit. While the majority of your daily work will be unloading to a back docks, there will also be hand unload and trolley work regardless of the truck size.
- Be able to problem solve. Making decisions on the run while keeping customer and company expectations in mind.
- Understand our operating system and how it can help achieve all of the above.
- Able to communicate directly to clients, company staff, and other drivers to get positive results.

This role is for an immediate start for the right applicants. Be aware we have more than one role to fill. If you are looking for 40 plus hours, (days optional), or any part time drivers looking for less than 40 hours.
