Crane Operator - Full-Time | ABC Crane Hire | Port Kennedy

ABC Crane Hire is an established crane hire business serving commercial and residential clients across the region. We're looking for a skilled Crane Operator who takes pride in doing the job safely, efficiently and properly, from the first client briefing through to a clean wrap-up on site.

About the role:

You'll operate our mobile cranes across a variety of client sites, carrying out safe, productive lifts from start to finish. Day to day, that means thorough pre-start checks, working confidently from lift plans and JHAs, and taking real ownership of the job in front of you.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' crane hire industry experience
- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence
- Current High Risk Work Licence - C1 (Slewing Mobile Crane, up to 100 tonnes) or above
- Dogman/Rigging licence, with practical experience

- White Card
- Proof of right to work in Australia




- Must be able to meet the inherent requirements of the role and successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol screen.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills, with clients, site personnel and the team
- Ability to work the hours required by the role, including early starts and occasional overtime driven by site and job scheduling needs

Desirable:

- Experience operating a HIAB or similar vehicle loading crane
- Familiarity with EquipR or similar job management systems
- Working at heights experience
- Available for an immediate start
