Talent Manager – UGC & Creator Partnerships

Blackboard is a fast-growing TikTok and paid social agency making UGC ads for DTC, wellness, beauty and lifestyle brands. We're hiring a Talent Manager to own the creator side of the business. You'll work with creators across Australia, the US and the UK, on campaigns that go live in front of millions of people.

Who we're looking for

You spend a lot of time on TikTok and Reels and can tell within seconds whether a creator will work for a brand. You like dealing with people, you follow up without being asked, and you keep track of many moving parts without dropping any. You want to build something, not just fill a seat.

What you'll do

- Source and shortlist UGC creators and on-camera talent for client campaigns
- Handle outreach, rate negotiation, contracts and usage rights
- Brief creators, track shipments and deadlines, and make sure content lands on time




- Check raw footage and arrange reshoots where needed
- Coordinate talent for Melbourne shoots
- Build and maintain our talent database

What we're looking for

- Experience in UGC, influencer marketing or talent management
- Across TikTok, Reels and creator culture
- A valuable eye for which creators suit which brands
- Organised, proactive and confident with negotiation

Where this role can go

This is the first role in our talent function. As the agency grows, you'll have the chance to grow into a Head of Talent position, hire and manage your own team, and take on bigger client accounts. You'll also learn how high-performing paid social ads are made from start to finish, which opens paths into creative strategy and production.
