About the role

We're looking for a customer service specialist to support Blahst customers across email, live chat, social media and phone. Blahst sells pressure washers, so this role goes beyond answering order questions. You'll help customers use their products, work through performance issues and understand what to do when something isn't working as expected. Some enquiries will be straightforward; others will take a little investigation.

Key responsibilities

- Answer customer enquiries by phone, email, live chat and social media
- Help customers choose and use the right products
- Talk customers through troubleshooting steps in a transparent, patient way
- Manage warranty claims, returns, replacements and order issues
- Follow up on open cases and keep accurate customer records




- Spot recurring product issues and share useful feedback with the team

About you

- You may already know your way around pressure washers, tools or mechanical products
- You'll need to be someone who picks up technical information quickly and enjoys learning how products work
- Strong written communication
- Friendly and confident phone manner
- Patience with frustrated customers
- The judgment to investigate an issue when you don't yet know the answer
- Customer service experience is valuable, especially if you've helped people troubleshoot products before
