We are currently seeking a Casual Customer Service Assistant to join our QUENCH team.

In this role, you will be working within a close knit, hardworking team, delivering outstanding service in a dynamic food-focused workplace!

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

- You ideally have open availability across weekdays and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience (essential).




- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently at a fast pace.

Responsibilities of the position will include:

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a welcoming smile.
- Prepare and craft fresh juices and smoothies to perfection.
- Serve our award-winning gelato and sorbet.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
