JGR & STN is seeking a Head Fashion Designer / Product Developer / Product Manager to help shape the future of our collections and drive commercially strong, trend-led product.
Based out of our Burleigh Heads HQ with flexible working from home balance, this role blends creative vision with strategic execution, working closely with our Brand Founders to bring seasonal direction to life.
You will lead the end to end design and development process — from concept through to final sample approval — translating creative ideas into brand-aligned product that resonates with our global customer.
This role requires strong commercial awareness, supplier management expertise, and the ability to balance innovation with performance-driven decision making.
We're looking for a confident,



self-directed designer who thrives in a lean workplace and can manage the full design and development lifecycle independently.
Solid technical capability across garment construction, fast fashion timelines, textiles, and offshore production is essential, alongside the ability to balance creativity with commercial execution while protecting the JGR & STN aesthetic.
