This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and best-practice financial controls.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of the accounts payable functionProcessing high-volume supplier invoices accurately and on timeManaging payment runs and supplier reconciliationsMaintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliersReviewing and improving AP processes and controlsAssisting with month-end close and reporting requirementsEnsuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standardsSupporting audits and responding to AP-related queriesSupport month end reconciliations to statement balancesSupport stocktake reconciliationsProblem solving skillsFleet managementAbout YouProven experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or similar roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsAbility to manage deadlines in a quick-paced environmentConfident communicator with a proactive and professional approachExperience working closely with senior finance leadership (CFO or Finance Manager)Accounting or finance qualificationsExperience with accounting systems (Xero or similar ERP highly regarded)What We OfferCompetitive salary packageStable full time role with an established businessChatswood location with convenient transport linksDirect reporting line to the CFO and exposure to senior decision-makingSupportive team culture and prospect for professional growth
