Job Description
CBUS Super in Melbourne seeks a Senior Change Manager to drive member service transformation.
You will develop and execute enterprise‐level change strategies across multiple workstreams, ensuring readiness, adoption and sustained outcomes for the fund and its members.
You will provide strategic advice to program sponsors, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor practitioners within the Change Practice, connecting transformation outcomes with teams and leaders.
