About The Role
We are recruiting multiple Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers for locations across regional Queensland.
These roles are ideal for experienced supermarket leaders who understand the importance of fresh departments, stock control, and delivering a consistent customer experience.

Skills And Experience
Previous experience in a supermarket setting is essential
Strong knowledge of fresh produce, including stock control, shrinkage and presentation
Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
Ability to lead, coach and develop high‐performing teams
Strong commercial acumen across sales, wages and KPIs
Hands‐on leadership style with a focus on standards and execution
Open to relocation to regional Queensland
