Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) seeks a Clinical Nurse to join the Child Youth and Family Health team.
The role focuses on delivering nursing care to parents and children in homes, clinics, schools and the IMPS Centre, within a Primary Health Care model.
The successful CN will manage a complex caseload, participate in universal and enhanced programs, and support CYFHS initiatives across THHS, contributing to a robust, child-focused health network in North Queensland.
