The GEO Group Australia is seeking a Senior AOD and Wellbeing Specialist to lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based AOD interventions for people in custody.
You will drive harm minimisation, coordinate program delivery and develop creative approaches with partners across healthcare and reintegration services.You will provide mentoring to AOD staff, oversee case-management planning and ensure timely documentation, reporting and outcomes.
