Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing timely, accurate, and skilled customer service that meets customer needs, promotes satisfaction, and supports the organisation's service standards and governance requirements.
- Playing a critical role in providing quality oversight of organisational governance, compliance, and related organisational risk management for the Shire. Other key activities of this role include management of statutory registers, leases and agreements, and leading regular policy reviews.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Previous experience relevant to this role
