About the role:
We’re looking for two proactive Customer Service Officers who love helping people and are ready to be the first point of contact for all things Unitywater. Whether it’s over the phone, through email, or in person at our reception desk, you’ll be providing timely, accurate support and advice to our customers.
In this dynamic and people-focused role, you’ll:
- Help customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing the right info at the right time.
- Use your knowledge of Unitywater policies and systems to confidently manage requests, issues, and feedback.
- Keep things running smoothly by ensuring customer interactions are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Be part of a close-knit and supportive team that values collaboration and care.
- Look for ways to make processes better and share ideas that improve customer service.
- Play your part in keeping everyone safe by following our WH&S; practices and participating in safety initiatives.

We have two permanent part-time positions available at our Maroochydore head office working Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

- You've worked in customer service or a contact centre and know how to juggle priorities while staying calm, helpful and professional.
- You're tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and are quick to pick up new systems.
- You’ve got strong written and verbal communication skills and love connecting with people -whether it’s through words, a friendly tone, or a helpful attitude.
- You're a natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and untangle complex issues with ease.
- You thrive in a team and genuinely enjoy working with others to deliver great outcomes.
- You’re open to feedback, love learning and are always looking to grow.
- While it’s not a must, a Certificate III in Customer Contact or Business Admin would be a great bonus.
