We have an opportunity for a Customer Service & Parts Representative to join our team based at Chevallum at the Sunshine Coast. Whether you're an experienced Parts Interpreter or bring a background in customer service, retail, warehousing, administration or the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided to help you develop your knowledge of truck parts, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional support to customers across the counter, phone, email and other enquiry channels.
- Interpret customer needs and assist with identifying, quoting and supplying the right parts and accessories.
- Process customer quotes, orders, payments, invoices, credits and related documentation accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support the growth of parts sales through reliable service and follow-up.
- Work closely with the Service Department and wider branch team to support daily operations.
- Assist with parts ordering, receipting, stock control, stocktaking and maintaining accurate inventory records.




- Keep retail displays and promotions well presented, current and easy for customers to navigate.
- Follow all safety, quality and operational procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

About You:

- You enjoy helping customers and take pride in delivering excellent service.
- You are organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
- You are confident using computers and learning new systems.
- You communicate clearly and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in customer service, retail, administration, warehousing, automotive or parts environments will be highly regarded.
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience is welcome but not essential.
- A willingness to learn about truck parts and the transport industry is essential, with full training provided.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence is preferred, and a forklift licence would be an advantage.
- Desirable - you hold a Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) or have equivalent experience.

No Prior Parts Experience? That's Okay. We're looking for people with the right attitude, customer focus and willingness to learn. If you've worked in retail, customer service, administration, hospitality, warehousing, trades or the automotive industry, we'll provide the training and support needed to build a successful career in parts.
