Duties:

- Processing customer telephone orders;
- Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;
- Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;
- Provide ad hoc admin support to the sales team.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous vet nursing or veterinary industry experience;
- Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary industry experience required;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Confident computer skills;




- Proficiency in Excel including basic formulas is essential;
- Conflict resolution capabilities;
- Australian work rights are required for this position;
