This is a dynamic role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration & membership sales. /n /n Position Overview /n /n /n

- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly.

/n

- Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Demonstrate Robust understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offerings

/n





- Prepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beverages

/n

- Maintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstations

/n

- Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records

/n

- Assisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings

/n /n Our Ideal Candidate /n /n /n

- Previous CSR, Sales and Retail experience /n
- Passionate about Health & Fitness

- Proven experience in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets. /n
- Must be 18 years of age /n
- Unlimited Working Rights /n
- Driver license /n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain) /n
- Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
