About the role:

Ideal for psychology students seeking hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

We are seeking a mature-minded, highly skilled applicant with reception / call centre experience (medical or similar background will be highly regarded).

As the first point of contact in this varied and pivotal role, you must have:

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills.

· Proven ability to display initiative and high attention to detail.

· The ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure.

· Ability to work well within a close-knit team environment.

· High standards of personal presentation.

· Understanding confidentiality is essential, as well as demonstrated advanced computer and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide a range of qualified front office reception and administration duties.

· Provide superior customer service as the front line of the organisation.





· Manage multiple line phone system (answer and forward incoming calls, take messages and handle general enquiries).

· Schedule client appointments.

· Assist and greet clients face-to-face.

· Assist and support clients via our webchat function.

· Provide high-level administrative and business support to all teams and employees within the organisation.

· Database management.

· Manage the office housekeeping.

· Preparation and maintenance of confidential client files and records (both physical and electronic).

· Taking ownership of the general email inbox.

· Interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a full time, 5 days a week staff member to join our head office in Osborne Park WA with flexibility to also work from our Mandurah office.
