ProSense is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to join our office-based team in Brompton, Adelaide.

This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll become a key point of contact for our customers and work closely with our sales, technical, warehouse and operations teams.

From responding to new enquiries and preparing quotations through to coordinating orders, suppliers and deliveries, you’ll play an important role in providing a professional and responsive customer experience.

As ProSense continues to grow, there will also be opportunities for the role to develop into greater responsibility across customer service, internal sales, account management and office operations.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation
- Process customer and online orders
- Follow up quotations and open enquiries
- Keep customers informed of order progress and ETAs
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and deliveries
- Coordinate with our warehouse and freight providers
- Assist with returns, warranties and RMAs
- Maintain customer and chance information within our CRM
- Assist with customer onboarding
- Support our Technical Sales team
- Identify opportunities and pass technical enquiries to the appropriate team member




- Help improve customer service and administrative processes as we grow

About you

You’ll be proactive, organised and comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers. Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, internal sales, order processing or a similar office-based position would be preferred.

Experience within industrial supply, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, plumbing, pumps, automation, manufacturing or wholesale would be advantageous, but it isn't essential.

You don't need to be an engineer or already understand all of our products. Full product and system training will be provided.
