About the Role

Are you organised, customer-focused and someone who takes pride in getting the details right?

As our Customer Service & Stock Management Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have the right stock, in the right quantities, at the right time.

Working closely with customers and our Service Delivery team, you’ll conduct regular onsite stocktakes and inventory audits, maintain accurate records and identify and resolve stock discrepancies before they impact customer service. You’ll also build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact who understands their requirements and proactively supports their ongoing service needs.

In this role, you will:

- Conduct Regular Customer Stocktakes: Visit customer sites and complete accurate stocktakes of uniforms, linen and other products to ensure stock levels are maintained correctly.
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Reconcile physical stock against system records,



investigate discrepancies and ensure inventory information is accurate and up to date.
- Build Robust Customer Relationships: Understand customer requirements and provide a professional, friendly and reliable service.
- Identify & Resolve Stock Issues: Investigate stock variances and work with Service Delivery and branch teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
- Support Service Delivery: Ensure accurate stock information is available to the Service Delivery team, so customers receive the correct products and quantities.
- Support New Customer Onboarding: Assist the Sales and Service Delivery teams with initial stocktakes, stock requirements and the transition of new customers into ongoing service.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all stocktake results, customer information and inventory records are completed accurately and maintained in line with branch requirements.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring stock issues, discrepancies or process gaps and work with the team to improve stock accuracy and customer service.

You’ll bring





- Stocktake & Inventory Experience: Experience conducting stocktakes, inventory checks or stock control is highly desirable.
- Strong Attention to Detail: The ability to accurately count, record and reconcile stock and identify discrepancies.
- Customer Service Focus: A professional and friendly approach with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent Communication: Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: The ability to investigate discrepancies, identify the cause and follow issues through to resolution.
- Organisation & Time Management: Able to manage multiple customer visits, stocktakes and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Independence & Accountability: Comfortable working independently at customer sites while maintaining regular communication with the branch.
- Valid Driver’s Licence: Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to customer locations within the Sydney basin.
- Account Management Experience: Previous customer account or service experience is desirable.

You’ll be the link between the customer, stock accuracy and service delivery, helping ensure we consistently deliver the right products, in the right quantities, while providing a high level of customer service.
