Physica is one of Australia’s leading musculoskeletal physiotherapy organisations, located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, across three locations - Ringwood, Chirnside Park and Knoxfield. We have a highly skilled and experienced team of physiotherapists, which includes 14 APA-titled physiotherapists across our clinics.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a professional and upbeat individual who excels in a customer service setting to become part of the Physica team! Primarily working on reception, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone.

We are seeking the ideal candidate for our Ringwood location, offering a permanent part-time position with approximately 12 hours per week. Flexibility is preferable, as you may be asked to cover shifts at our other locations for staff leave.

While prior experience in health or medical administration is not required, a proven track record in customer service is essential. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a energetic environment, we’d love to hear from you!.

What a day at Physica involves:

As the welcoming face of our business, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients before their appointments. At the front desk, your daily tasks will include greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and friendly manner, handling phone inquiries, managing appointments and bookings, processing patient billing and receipts through EFTPOS and HICAPS terminals,



and performing general office and administrative duties.

Key Duties & Accountability:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients
- Engage with prospective clients to discuss and promote our practice and services
- Work collaboratively as part of a team environment
- Maintain the high quality image and functionality of the business
- Handle phone calls in a professional manner
- Ensure patients who are seeking an appointment are accommodated as soon as possible
- Taking payments for patient accounts

Hours:

- Part time rostered shifts between Monday to Friday 7:30am - 8:00pm
- Additional hours available to cover staff leave
