Key responsibilities

- Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
- Handle appointment scheduling and manage bookings efficiently
- Maintain an organized reception area
- Process basic inquiries and direct customers to appropriate team members
- Assist with customer service queries
- Manage incoming emails and messages
- Update records to ensure accurate information for the team
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and support staff

About you

- Solid Customer Service and Communication skills to support a high volume of client interactions
- Solid Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
- Receptionist Duties experience, including greeting visitors,



managing front desk operations, and handling inquiries
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, calendar systems, and data entry in office software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, respectful manner and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
- Previous experience in medical supplies, healthcare, or NDIS-related services is beneficial
