We are looking for a Senior D365 CE Technical or Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This can be based anywhere in AU.

We require NV1 Clearance for this one.

This is a hands on role working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, supporting the delivery and ongoing evolution of enterprise solutions.

You will be involved across the full lifecycle of D365 CE solutions, from understanding business requirements and designing solutions through to configuration, development, integration, testing and deployment. The role will also provide opportunities to work with established solutions, troubleshoot issues and identify improvements to ensure the platform continues to meet changing business needs.

Role

- Design, configure and develop solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service and related Customer Engagement capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable D365 CE solutions.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Lead or contribute to solution design, technical documentation and development activities.




- Develop and customise D365 CE using JavaScript, plugins, workflows, Power Automate and other relevant technologies.
- Work across integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise applications and platforms.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across existing D365 CE environments and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support testing, deployments and release activities across development and production environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, architects and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide technical input into estimates, planning and solution approaches.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring and development of less experienced team members.

Essential Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Senior-level experience in a D365 CE Technical Consultant, Developer or Techno-Functional Consultant role.
- Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture, configuration and customisation.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, plugins, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating D365 CE with other enterprise applications and systems.
