Role: Data Engineer & Python Developer (Azure + Databricks + SQL)

Position Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Web & Python Developer to design, develop, and support scalable web applications, APIs, and cloud based data solutions.

- The role involves working with Python, Azure, Databricks, SQL, and modern data platforms to deliver secure, high performance solutions that support business reporting, analytics, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.

- Build scalable solutions using Python, Azure, and Databricks.

- Design and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and reporting workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.

- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

- Create technical documentation, test plans, and deployment procedures.

- Support production environments and drive continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering,



Backend Development, or related technology roles.

- Experience leading or mentoring technical team members.

Technical Skills

- Solid Python development skills (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise.

- Azure Cloud and Azure Databricks experience.

- Experience with Spark, Hive, and big data technologies.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD practices.

- Familiarity with Airflow, Control M, Git, Jenkins, JSON, XML, and cloud data platforms.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently in fast paced agile environments.

- Strong prioritization, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Kafka, Spark Streaming, and real time data processing.

- Exposure to solution architecture and Data as a Service frameworks.
