Short Description :

- We are seeking an experienced MongoDB administrator with a good working knowledge of MongoDB administration, MongoDB design and development practices, and MongoDB operations.
- You will support new initiatives onboarding to MongoDB, assist teams through solution development and testing, and provide practical troubleshooting support for production issues.
- Prior experience with MongoDB Atlas is preferred but not essential, and prior experience supporting MongoDB developers is highly regarded.

Skills and experience

- Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting MongoDB environments.
- Good working knowledge of MongoDB administration, design and development practices, and operations.
- Experience supporting MongoDB developers through onboarding, solution development, testing and production issue resolution.
- Prior experience with MongoDB Atlas is preferred but not essential.
- Working knowledge of database administration activities including bulk data loading and data migration.
- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide practical guidance to delivery
