Job Description
Service NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative on the Central Coast to deliver welcoming, empathetic support at service centres across Tuggerah, Woy Woy, Gosford and Erina.
The starting annual salary is $71,959 pro-rata, plus superannuation and leave loading.
Training will be provided to build confidence handling enquiries and delivering quality service.
You will work as part of a team, ensuring a positive customer experience and helping keep service centres running smoothly.
