About You
We are looking for a head chef who has already carried a kitchen and wants to carry one properly this time.
You will likely bring:
Proven experience as a head chef in a quality venue
Genuine menu creation ability.
Dishes that sell, not just dishes that read well
Strong commercial skills across costings, margins, labour and stock
Leadership people actually respond to.
The team here is good and has been here a long time, they simply need direction and someone to look up to
Explicit, confident communication with your brigade, your suppliers and your venue manager
Availability across the weekend, when the venue is at its busiest
High standards without the ego
Most importantly, you'll be a Head Chef who still wants to build something.




Someone who can read a P&L; as confidently as they run a section, lead a team and understand that outstanding kitchens are built on strong fundamentals, consistency and people, not unnecessary complication.
